Operator: ElevixApps

Last updated: March 19, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Subitems Multiplier, a software application offered by ElevixApps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through the monday.com platform.

By installing, accessing, or using Subitems Multiplier, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Subitems Multiplier helps you clone subitems from a source item to one or more target items or boards within monday.com, and may include related features such as previewing changes and saving reusable subitem templates where you choose to use them.

The app runs on top of monday.com. Your use of monday.com itself—including accounts, boards, and data—is subject to monday.com’s terms and policies. We do not operate monday.com and are not responsible for the monday.com platform.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your monday.com account and for any activity carried out through Subitems Multiplier under your account. You agree to use the app only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and monday.com’s rules. You represent that you have the right to access and modify the boards and data you use with the app.

You are responsible for reviewing previews and confirming actions before they are applied, so that cloned subitems and templates match what you intend.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Subitems Multiplier—for example, by attempting to interfere with or disrupt the app or related systems, accessing it through automated means in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Subitems Multiplier available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the app with reasonable notice when practical (for example, by posting an update on this website).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app and remove it from your monday.com account.

Intellectual Property

Subitems Multiplier, including its software, branding, and documentation (excluding your content), is owned by ElevixApps or its licensors. monday.com’s name, logos, and platform are trademarks of their respective owners.

You retain your rights to the data and content you store in monday.com. Using the app does not give us ownership of your board or item data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Subitems Multiplier is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will meet every requirement or be free of defects or downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElevixApps and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Subitems Multiplier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Subitems Multiplier in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), if you have not paid fees during that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Subitems Multiplier at any time by uninstalling or revoking the app in your monday.com settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the app, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
