- Account identifiers from monday.com — such as your monday.com user and account identifiers, and basic profile details monday.com makes available to installed apps, so we can authenticate you and know which workspace the app is used in.
- monday.com content you interact with in the app — such as board, item, and subitem data (including column values on those records) needed to read your source subitems, show a preview, and create subitems on your selected targets. We do not ask for broader access than is necessary for these actions.
- App configuration you create — for example, board-level template data you save inside the app, so you can reuse it.
- Limited technical information — such as standard server or application logs (e.g. timestamps, error messages) used to keep the service reliable and secure.
3. How we use information
We use information solely to provide, operate, secure, and support Retainer Pulse — for example, to authenticate requests, perform the actions you initiate, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal requirements. We do not use your monday.com data for unrelated purposes.
4. monday.com data access
Retainer Pulse works inside monday.com. Access to your monday.com account and boards is granted through monday.com’s installation and permission model. The app is designed to use the minimum data needed to support its core functionality. Exact permissions shown in monday.com at install or in your account settings control what the platform exposes to the app.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information only as needed to run the service:
- monday.com — data is processed through monday.com’s platform and APIs when you use the app.
- Infrastructure and service providers — such as hosting, logging, or security vendors we use to operate the app, who process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide the service.
- Legal and safety — if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the service.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to operate Retainer Pulse, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Technical logs may be kept for a limited period for security and reliability. If you remove the app or delete data in monday.com, residual retention may still apply for backups or logs for a short time as part of normal operations.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to follow common industry practices appropriate to the nature of the service.

10. Children’s privacy
Retainer Pulse is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
