Sierra Math is a California K–5 math practice app published by Elevix Apps. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License To Use The App

Elevix Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sierra Math for personal, non-commercial educational use. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content.

Subscriptions And Billing

Sierra Math offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription. Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription and includes a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID using Apple In-App Purchase. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your Apple account is charged for the next period. You can cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sierra Math only for lawful, personal study, and not to interfere with or disrupt the app, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it in a manner that could harm other users or Elevix Apps.

Educational Aid, No Guaranteed Outcomes

Sierra Math is an educational aid intended to support math practice. It is a supplement to, and not a replacement for, classroom instruction or school curriculum. We do not guarantee any particular academic result, grade, or test outcome from using the app.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevix Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
