Privacy Policy

Sierra Math is a California K–5 math practice app published by Elevix Apps. We built Sierra Math to collect as little information as possible. The app has no accounts, no login, and no sign up, and we do not collect your name, email address, location, or contacts.

Information We Collect

Essentially none. Learning progress, practice history, badges, and settings are stored locally on your device. Elevix Apps does not store this learning data on its own servers, and we cannot see how an individual child uses the app.

The one exception is subscription purchases, described below. Aside from that purchase data, we do not collect personal information from you or your child.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Sierra Math offers an optional premium subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed with RevenueCat. To manage your subscription and to restore purchases, Apple and RevenueCat process purchase transaction information and a device identifier (the Apple Identifier for Vendors, or IDFV).

This purchase data is used only to deliver and restore the subscription you paid for. Elevix Apps does not receive or store your payment card information.

No Analytics, No Tracking, No Ads

Sierra Math does not include analytics or crash reporting, does not show advertising, and does not track users across apps or websites. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Children's Privacy

Sierra Math is designed for a young audience and is built to be safe for children. The app does not collect personal information from children: there are no accounts, learning progress stays on the device, and there is no analytics, advertising, or tracking.

Consistent with a COPPA-friendly posture, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data processed is the subscription and device identifier described above, which is used solely to manage a purchase made by an adult through Apple. Sierra Math is distributed as a standard Education app and is not enrolled in Apple's Kids Category.

Third-Party Services

  • Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase): processes and bills your subscription.
  • RevenueCat: manages subscription status and restores purchases across your devices.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
