Rankbound: Workout RPG is a workout app published by Elevix Apps. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License To Use The App

Elevix Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rankbound for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content.

Price

Rankbound is currently free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If paid features are added in the future, their terms will be shown in the app and on this page before you are asked to pay for anything.

Health And Exercise Disclaimer

Rankbound is a workout tracker and motivation tool. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a doctor or qualified fitness professional. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant.

You choose your own exercises, sets, and reps, and you exercise at your own risk. Use proper form, train within your limits, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. Levels, ranks, and XP are game rewards for consistency and do not measure your fitness or health.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Rankbound only for lawful, personal use, and not to interfere with or disrupt the app, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it in a manner that could harm other users or Elevix Apps.

Your Data

Your progress is stored only on your device and is not backed up by Elevix Apps. Deleting the app or using Reset Progress permanently removes it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevix Apps will not be liable for any injury, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app or any exercise you perform while using it. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
